When I first started on my wellness journey, I felt out of control, overwhelmed, and anxious.

I was trapped in a diet-binge prison for years too, and even as a trained dietitian with all the nutrition knowledge at my fingertips, I still couldn’t get a handle on my eating and weight.

I felt like a complete failure, constantly engulfed in guilt and shame.

I didn’t have a mentor or program to teach me about the missing puzzle piece when it comes to healthy eating, so I went on a research binge, consuming everything I could find. 

It took a lot of time to sift out the genuine stuff from the charlatans. It was total information overload. 

But over the years,  I figured out that there’s a whole lot of psychological and behavioral issues that we need to tackle first to have sustainable healthy eating and weight. You see diets don’t teach us why we reach for that donut, it only tells us not to reach for the donut (along with a lot of guilt and food drama). 

When I figured out how to get off the diet-binge cycle, stop obsessing over food and finally get control of my eating (without starving), my weight dropped and stabilized, I felt calmer at mealtimes, my head was not constantly thinking about food, and the best part – I no longer had out of control food binges, plus my weight has been stable and healthy for years now.

It wasn’t easy, because I had to do it all on my own.

That’s why I created Wellth Club so that you can learn everything I know about how to take back control of your eating, faster and with more support.  It includes a proven framework based on intuitive and mindful eating and behavioral science – plus step-by-step encouragement and guidance from me along the way!

FAQ's

Who exactly is Wellth Club for?

Wellth Club is for women who are tired of the yo-yo weight, jumping from diet to binge with no long-term success. It’s for women who want to finally take control of their eating, feel confident in their body and actually be able to enjoy their food while getting healthy.

Wellth Club is not for anyone currently with an active eating disorder.  If you do have an active eating disorder, please contact your local eating disorder foundation or your healthcare provider for support. Wellth Club is also not for someone looking for a fad diet or quick fix – it’s time to stop chasing those unicorns.

I have a chronic condition, is it ok to do this still?

Yes! The beauty of intuitive eating is that it’s for everyone. Listening and respecting your body also means honoring its boundaries, ailments, injuries, or any chronic illnesses.  This is a healthy lifestyle rather than a specific meal plan, so it suits almost everyone.  In fact, research has shown that intuitive and mindful eating has helped lower the risk factors for chronic diseases such as diabetes, PCOS, and heart disease.

Are you a doctor?

No, Taryn is a trained dietitian and eating behavior coach specializing in intuitive eating. At Wellth Club we aim to educate and provide a supportive community.  However, if you have medical concerns we advise you to speak with your healthcare provider about a suitable action plan.

What about cancellations and refunds?

Wellth Club is a monthly membership. There are no refunds but you can cancel your membership at any time.

Can I join if I don’t live in the USA?

Yes!  Wellth Club is an international club with members from around the world!  If you cannot make the group coaching calls owing to your timezone, don’t worry, you’ll always have access to the recordings.  Plus, you can ask Taryn any questions via the private Facebook group too, where she’ll be hanging out to support you.

What if I don’t have a Facebook account?

The private group and monthly challenges will be held via Facebook, so we highly recommend you create a Facebook profile (even if its just to access the Wellth Club community group). If you choose not to be on Facebook, you’ll still have access to all the Wellth Club stages materials, plus the coaching calls via Zoom, and all the recipes and monthly workshops too!
