When I first started on my wellness journey, I felt out of control, overwhelmed, and anxious.
I was trapped in a diet-binge prison for years too, and even as a trained dietitian with all the nutrition knowledge at my fingertips, I still couldn’t get a handle on my eating and weight.
I felt like a complete failure, constantly engulfed in guilt and shame.
I didn’t have a mentor or program to teach me about the missing puzzle piece when it comes to healthy eating, so I went on a research binge, consuming everything I could find.
It took a lot of time to sift out the genuine stuff from the charlatans. It was total information overload.
But over the years, I figured out that there’s a whole lot of psychological and behavioral issues that we need to tackle first to have sustainable healthy eating and weight. You see diets don’t teach us why we reach for that donut, it only tells us not to reach for the donut (along with a lot of guilt and food drama).
When I figured out how to get off the diet-binge cycle, stop obsessing over food and finally get control of my eating (without starving), my weight dropped and stabilized, I felt calmer at mealtimes, my head was not constantly thinking about food, and the best part – I no longer had out of control food binges, plus my weight has been stable and healthy for years now.
It wasn’t easy, because I had to do it all on my own.
That’s why I created Wellth Club so that you can learn everything I know about how to take back control of your eating, faster and with more support.
