I offer tailored dietary, fitness and health analysis, with a complete health plan to suit your goals and lifestyle.

As a nutrition and health behavior coach, I’ll work with you to shift your mindset around food, develop healthy habits and free you from emotional eating, so you can live a healthy, happy life.

DNA ANALYSIS & REPORT

You are unique with your own genetic makeup, which means you’ll respond to certain nutrients differently to someone else.

That’s why certain diets or exercise plans work for some people, but not others.

Your DNA is packed with information that is totally unique to you. DNA testing and analysis can provide the optimal guide for your health.

THE WELLTH CLUB

The monthly membership is a community-based program of foundational training for women who want to get a handle on their eating.  

The club also offers monthly educational workshops with wellness experts, mini-challenges to keep you motivated, and group support, along with healthy recipes and group coaching calls with Taryn.
