Years ago, I set my health goals with “good intentions” and because it was something that I thought I wanted at the time.

The problem is, I would only make “marginal” progress. And it was really frustrating.

I don’t know about you, but for me, without fail, “life” would seem to get in the way.

“Tomorrow” would become “on Monday”, “Monday” would soon become “tomorrow” again.

I’d get discouraged. I’d be grumpy. I definitely wasn’t motivated to “do more”.

A few years ago I discovered a new approach for setting and achieving health goals that matter.

Every year since I’ve followed this process my results have gotten better and better, and so have my clients – they are more consistently forming healthy habits that stick.

And it has nothing to do with “willpower” (or lack thereof).

It’s about understanding how we as human beings are wired and behave and leveraging that to make healthy changes that are easy and fit into your life.
